Our rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Any late arrival or early departure will result in additional billing:
- Early arrival before 3:00 pm: 11 €/hour
- Late departure after 11:00 am: 16 €/hour

Additional services offered at the reception:
- Extra towels and duvets are available on request, extra pillows are available in your room.
- The hotel has many partners offering activities in the Brussels region. For more information, we will provide you with the contact details of the Tourist Office.
- If you want to order a taxi, get information on any other means of transport (air, road, rail …) or rent a vehicle, we will be happy to inform you at the reception.
- The front desk offers chargeable fax and photocopying services. You can also drop your courier.
- Any object found is deposited at the reception. Do not hesitate to contact us if needed.
